May Madness!

The excitement and anxiety that comes with being a digital entrepreneur.

There is so much going on in May, I don’t know where to begin!

Ever since I decided to go all in on my business, May seems to be my busiest month ever.

Here are all my workshops in May:

⚡May 21,22,29: Free masterclasses on using AI for your brand and business marketing (link coming soon!)

⚡May 30: AI Workshop at the Middle East PR Association

I am so excited, yet overwhelmed and maybe a wee bit anxious?

Excited because this work really lights me up.

Overwhelmed because it’s a lot of work. Plus, the kids have been home alot the last 5 weeks (!) with holidays and rain issues, so productivity and sleep has been low in the household.

Anxious because, well, I’m hardly making any money doing it. Yet.

However, I know that will change. I know that exposure and building my audience right now is key.

But I have expenses and when I see my credit card bill, I’m not going to lie, it gives me a little bit of anxiety and, guilt?

I pay for tools and I pay to be part of mentorship communities; I pay to go to events. I’m buying books.

All in the name of growth for both mind and business. And I wouldn’t change a thing.

(Side note: I need to do my accounting for Q1)

I’m guessing this is round about the time when as an early stage entrepreneur, you would want to throw in the towel.

But the truth this, giving up would be the only failure.

Of course I have the support of my husband, which makes things easier and me so lucky!

It infact, gives me more reason to succeed: I get to do this. I must make it work. I will make it work.

I find that working on your money mindset is so key when building your business.

In fact, I would say, 90% of your success is your mindset.

I had a great video chat with money mindset coach Meera Shireen last week, that I will post here soon. We talk about the energy of money, and how as entrepreneurs we go through cycles, and the importance of shifting perspectives from lack to abundance, and how we can build businesses and also have a ‘lean-luxe’ life.
