From potty training to 6 figure business from home
Who would have thought going diaper free had so much potential!
As I work towards getting my son to be diaper free, I cannot get over the business case of Andrea Olson, mother of 5, who makes six-figures teaching parents how to do it.
Andrea, in an attempt to save the exorbitant amount we pay for nappies every year, managed to get her 5 kids to be nappy free before they even started walking. What's even more amazing is that when she realised that brands don't sell underwear for such small babies, she launched her own brand called Tiny-Undies! I LOVE it!
Now she only works 4-5 hours a day, has complete freedom of time, and is set to hit 7 figures soon. 'Go diaper free' has not only given them freedom from nappies, but time and financial freedom too.
In one of the digital courses I did, the instructor said you can teach anything to anyone, you just have to be one-step ahead of who you want to teach. Once you get your course out there, you could be making money in your sleep. Hmmm.
This world of digital courses just boggles my mind and makes me wonder, why isn't everyone doing this? Then I look at sites like Udemy and Domestika and realise, well, A LOT of people are doing it. According to Forbes, the digital course market is expected to reach approximately US$350 billion by 2025, and these are pre-Covid numbers.
So, not only am I learning how to go diaper free by a method called Elimination Communication, I am learning so much more.
It seems Andrea is psychic and read my mind as she also has a platform called MamaWorx where she teaches how she runs two 6-figure businesses from home with 5 kids under 8. I have so much respect for anyone who can get anything done with even one child at home, let alone 5! She believes that all mums deserve to be able to create meaningful work of their own and stay at home with their kids as much as they desire. 100% true and what a great company mission.
As working mums, the world really is our oyster, sometimes we just need to be reminded of it.
